- Microsoft CEASED all support for Hotmail like 2 years ago. It was a big deal last time it went down, Microsoft refused to answer pleas for help even on the Facebook Hotmail page. FOR 2 DAYS! Outlook.com is EXACTLY the same as Hotmail with a few minor changes.
